Mind Yourself – Take the First step
A six week modular programme for adults within the community to promote coping skills, general well-being and positive mental health. The programme will also cover mental health awareness, coping with bereavement and the aftermath of suicide and look at stress management including various relaxation techniques such as meditation. The programme is to be held once a week over six weeks with a maximum of 15 people in each group. Each weekly module will run from 7pm to 9.30pm including a tea break.

Module 4 Wednesday 20th June
Module 5 Wednesday 27th June
Module 6 Wednesday 4th July
